Fulfillment & Production Agreement

1. Nature of Products

All products sold through hsdiplomas.com are custom-made commemorative homeschool diplomas produced according to customer-provided information. Products are created solely based on the information submitted by the Customer during the ordering process. HS Diplomas does not independently verify customer-submitted information, and the Customer assumes full responsibility for the accuracy and legitimacy of all submitted details.

2. Customer Responsibility for Submitted Information

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, including but not limited to:

• Full name
• Graduation dates
• High school name and location
• Shipping address
• Custom text or personalization

HS Diplomas will produce the ordered product exactly as entered by the Customer and is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect dates, incorrect school information, incorrect addresses, or other errors resulting from customer-provided information. Corrections requested after production has begun may require a new order and additional production fees.

3. Production Authorization

By placing an order, the Customer:

• Authorizes HS Diplomas to produce the requested product
• Confirms they have the right to request the document as submitted
• Accepts full responsibility for all submitted information
• Accepts full responsibility related to the intended use of the requested document

Production will only begin after payment is successfully processed. Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Digital Proofs

HS Diplomas may provide digital proofs displaying watermark protections prior to final production. Digital proofs are intended solely for the purpose of verifying spelling, layout, and general formatting; they are not final production files. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing proofs before approval. Once proof approval is given, the order will proceed to final production. Failure to review proofs does not transfer responsibility to HS Diplomas for errors originating from customer-submitted information.

5. Custom Production Policy

All products are custom manufactured items created specifically for each order. Due to the personalized nature of these products, all sales are final. HS Diplomas does not provide refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

Replacement or correction may be considered only in cases where:

• HS Diplomas produced the product incorrectly compared to the approved proof
• A manufacturing defect occurred before shipment

Requests must be submitted to support@hsdiplomas.com within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

6. Production and Fulfillment Timeline

Production timelines vary depending on product type, customization complexity, and order volume. Estimated production or shipping timeframes displayed on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. HS Diplomas is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our direct control. Standard orders ship within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

7. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped via standard carriers. HS Diplomas carefully packages every order for safe transit. Tracking information is provided for every order. HS Diplomas is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders as indicated at checkout.

8. Prohibited Uses

Products sold by HS Diplomas are strictly for personal, decorative, or commemorative purposes. Customers expressly agree that they will not use any product purchased from HS Diplomas to:

• Misrepresent their educational credentials to any employer, institution, or government entity
• Obtain employment, professional licenses, or academic admission through fraudulent means
• Commit fraud or any other illegal act

Violation of these terms may result in cancellation of your order without refund and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
