3. Orders and Payment

3.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by HS Diplomas. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.

3.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of order via credit card through our secure checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

4. Custom Production and Refund Policy

4.1 All products are custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of these products, all sales are final and HS Diplomas does not provide refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

4.2 Replacement or correction may be considered only where HS Diplomas produced a product that materially differs from the approved proof, or where a manufacturing defect occurred before shipment. Such requests must be submitted to support@hsdiplomas.com within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

4.3 Customers are solely responsible for ensuring submitted information is accurate. HS Diplomas is not responsible for errors originating from information provided by the customer.
