How does group pricing work?
Tell us how many graduates your group expects and we reply with a quote and a private group code. The discount grows with the size of the group, and every family applies the same code at checkout, so nobody pays full price and nobody has to collect money for anyone else.
Do I have to collect every family's information?
No, and that is the point. Each family designs their own diploma in the online builder with a live preview, enters their own student's name, and pays for their own order with your group code. Names are typed by the people who know how to spell them, which is how a group of 30 diplomas arrives with zero typos.
Can families choose different options?
Yes. Each family picks their own format, seal, leather holder or frame, and can add a matching homeschool transcript. The group code applies to every order regardless of the options chosen.
When should our group order for a spring ceremony?
Standard orders ship within 5 to 7 business days, so 3 to 4 weeks before the ceremony is comfortable for a whole group. Tell us your ceremony date in the request form and we plan the batch around it. Priority 2 to 3 day delivery is available for stragglers.
Do homeschool transcripts work for group orders?
Yes. Any family can add a printed homeschool transcript to their diploma order and enter the courses and grades after checkout with a private link, so the group order never waits on anyone's course list.
Is there a minimum group size?
Group pricing starts at 5 graduates. Smaller than that, regular orders are the better deal, and we are happy to help either way.
