All Sales Are Final
Because every diploma is custom-made to order, personalized with the information you provide, all sales are final once an order has been placed and payment has been processed. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom-made products.
We encourage you to review all entered information carefully before completing checkout. The diploma will be produced exactly as submitted.
Replacement for Our Error or Manufacturing Defect
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your diploma arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was approved (for example, a printing error or a defect that occurred during manufacturing or shipping), we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
To request a replacement or correction under this policy, you must:
- Submit a request via our contact form within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number in the message
- Attach clear photographic evidence showing the damage or defect
Requests submitted after the 7-day window or without photographic evidence may not be eligible for a replacement.
Customer Responsibility for Submitted Information
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted at the time of order is accurate, including the student name, school or program name, city, state, and graduation date. HS Diplomas produces diplomas exactly as the information is provided and is not responsible for errors originating from inaccurate customer submissions.
Diplomas reprinted due to customer-submitted errors are not eligible for a free replacement and will be treated as a new order.
